Here is Fernando with his grand pup Precious at the Coronado Island Dog Beach in San Diego, California. A cartoon character of Precious was created to be the company's mascot.

Fernando has over 35 years of management experience in housekeeping maintenance as an owner/operator of a management consulting firm in support of local janitorial & cleaning companies. His cleaning experience ranges between hospitals to hotel resorts, medical offices to government office buildings and from district school classrooms to department stores.  

For the past 15 years Fernando has been a co-business owner/operator along with his wife Esther Mendez running Alex’s Cleaning Service covering the central and southeast part of Tucson areas.

Now that Esther has decided to retire early, Fernando opened the new veteran owned and operated J3 Cleaning Company servicing the northwest side of Tucson to include (Marana, Rillito, Oro Valley, Casa Adobe and Catalina Foothills) areas.
