Here is Fernando with his grand pup Precious at the Coronado Island Dog Beach in San Diego, California. A cartoon character of Precious was created to be the company's mascot.

Fernando has over 35 years of management experience in housekeeping maintenance as an owner/operator of a management consulting firm in support of local janitorial & cleaning companies. His cleaning experience ranges between hospitals to hotel resorts, medical offices to government office buildings and from district school classrooms to department stores.  

For the past 15 years Fernando Mendez has been a co-owner along with his beautiful wife Esther, operating Alex’s Cleaning Service in Tucson.

Now that Esther has decided to retire early, their amazing daughter Alexandria will be taking over the family business. Unfortunately, Alex will only be servicing the Central & Southeast areas of Tucson.

That's why Fernando has decided to open the new J3 Cleaning Company servicing Tucson's Northwest & Northeast areas to include (Marana, Continental Ranch, Rillito, Oro Valley, Casa Adobe & Catalina Foothills)
